Terms and Conditions

• Workshop bookings are non refundable. If you can't attend I strongly encourage you to send a friend in your place. 
• Workshops may be cancelled at my discretion due to illness or lack of numbers. If this is the case you will have credit and priority to book in to a future workshop.
  
• Gift vouchers are non refundable and valid for 12 months.
• If your order of ceramic wares arrives broken please send me a photo within 24 hours of receiving them and I will replace as soon as possible. Due to the handmade process involved in ceramics please be aware that it may take time.
• Preorder items may take 8+ weeks depending on my current workload and the variables involved in handmade ceramics. 
• All ceramic pieces vary in shape, colour and size. Please be aware of this when placing an order as items will not be replaced due to change of mind.
